Step-by-step guide from registration to upgrading to Professional Plan

1. Getting Started - Registration

Creating Your Account

  1. Click on "Get Started" or "Register" button on the landing page
  2. Fill in the registration form:
    • Company Name: Your organization's official name (slug will be auto-generated)
    • Full Name: Your name
    • Email Address: Your email (this will be your login email)
    • Password: Create a strong password
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password
  3. Click "Register" to submit

✓ Success! After registration, you'll see a success message indicating your account is pending admin approval.

2. Account Approval Process

What Happens After Registration?

  1. Your account is created but not yet active
  2. An administrator will review your registration
  3. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved
  4. The approval process usually takes 24-48 hours

Note: Until your account is approved by an admin, you won't be able to log in. Please wait for the approval email before attempting to access the platform.

3. Logging In

First Time Login

  1. Once you receive the approval email, go to the landing page
  2. Click on "Sign In" in the navigation bar (top right)
  3. Select "Company Panel" from the dropdown menu
  4. Enter your email address and password
  5. Click "Login"

Note: Both "Company Panel" and "Admin Panel" options in the Sign In dropdown will take you to the login page. Company users should select "Company Panel".

4. Updating Company Information

Setting Up Your Company Profile

  1. After logging in, you'll be taken to your dashboard
  2. In the sidebar, find "Organization" group
  3. Click on "Company Information"
  4. Click "Edit" button (or create if it's your first time)
  5. Fill in your company details:
    • Organization Name: Your company's official name
    • Headquarters Location: Main office address
    • Date of Disclosure: When this information was disclosed
    • Disclosure Period: The reporting period (e.g., "FY 2024")
    • Entities Included: List of entities covered in reporting
    • Locations Included: Geographic locations covered
    • Company Logo: Upload your logo (recommended size: 200x50px - will appear in app header)
  6. Click "Save" to update your profile

Tip: Your company logo will replace the default branding in the app panel header. Make sure to use a high-quality logo for the best appearance.

5. Understanding Plans

Basic Plan (Free Forever)

Professional Plan (RM 388/year)

Important: To add and manage subsidiaries, you must have an active Professional Plan subscription. If you're on the Basic Plan, you can only manage your main company.

6. Upgrading to Professional Plan

Step-by-Step Upgrade Process

  1. Navigate to "Subscription" in the sidebar navigation
  2. You'll see the available plans (Basic and Professional)
  3. Review the Professional Plan features and pricing (RM 388/year)
  4. Click "Subscribe" button on the Professional Plan card
  5. You'll be prompted to select a payment gateway:
    • Stripe: Credit/Debit card payments
    • PayPal: PayPal account payments
    • Curlec: Alternative payment method
  6. Select your preferred payment gateway
  7. Complete the payment process on the payment provider's secure page
  8. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription will be activated automatically

Success! After successful payment, your Professional Plan subscription will be active immediately. You can now add subsidiaries and access all professional features.

Managing Your Subscription

Note: If your Professional Plan subscription expires, you'll lose access to subsidiary features. You'll need to renew your subscription to continue managing subsidiaries. Your existing data will be preserved.

7. Using Subsidiaries (Professional Plan Only)

Adding Subsidiaries

  1. Go to "Subsidiaries" in the Organization group
  2. Click "New Subsidiary" button
  3. Enter subsidiary information:
    • Subsidiary name
    • Parent company (your main company)
    • Location and other details
  4. Click "Create" to add the subsidiary
